If in London this weekend, Jon Hopkins fans can bask in his soon to be released album, RITUAL, at the ICA. Following on from Music For Psychedelic Therapy, RITUAL is a 41-minute single electronic track, created from "cavernous subs, hypnotic drumming and transcendent melodic interplay". Listening sessions start at 3pm, 4.30pm and 6pm. Tickets £17.50, available at ica.art.

Argentinian visual theatre company Fuerza Brute perform at Roundhouse this July in their first UK show in 1o years, and tickets are now on sale. The show, AVEN is a "a rollercoaster ride of euphoria, optimism and passion beyond your imagination". While that doesn't really tell you much, expect dramatic choreography, aerial work and impressive imagery. Tickets from £49, available at roundhouse.org.uk.

Playwrights, Soho Theatre's Verity Bargate Award is now open. Emerging playwrights (less than three professional credits) have until Monday, June 17 to enter this new writing scheme offering an £8,000 option deal and a full London run at the theatre. More details at sohotheatre.com

Smugglers Festival has partnered up with Deal Music & Arts Festival for two nights on July 5 and 6. Female and non-binary vocalist and percussion collective Baque Luar and contemporary Balinese group Gamelan Lila Cita will perform at St Georges Church in Deal. Composers Joe Inkpen and Dau, will also perform at The Astor Theatre. Tickets £18/£15 and available at dealmusicandarts.com

Here's a new restaurant to try when in London next, perhaps for a post-Victoria Park stroll feed. The Ginger Pig crew have opened INIS on the Fish Island canal towpath. Seasonal British fare is served for breakfast, brunch and lunch, with coffee and booze options to go with your nosh.
